Proudly creating an identity for a new United Nations initiative – Generation Unlimited
BrandtBrand is proud to have partnered with The United Nations and UNICEF to create a name and visual identity for a crucial new initiative – Generation Unlimited.
Generation Unlimited brings together the private sector, governments, international and local organizations – and young people – to identify and scale up the best solutions for three major challenges: access to secondary age education, acquisition of employability skills and empowerment, especially of girls.
The BrandtBrand team created something much bigger than just a name and a logo, we powered the brand with a BIG IDEA, EXPRESSED BOLDLY, and one people would "get" in an instant. An idea that came straight from the program itself and its true diversity of people and resources.
First, BrandtBrand created the name Generation Unlimited – speaking to the boundless potential young people around the world. Visually, we designed the Generation Unlimited Bracelet Logo – a wearable symbol of partnership & unity committed to helping 1.8 billion young people realize their maximum potential in life.
The Generation Unlimited assignment was the largest we were ever awarded, not in scope but in importance and impact. No project in our careers has felt so good.
New York, September 24, 2018 – World leaders launched Generation Unlimited at the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly.
