JEMA

Contemporary Farm to Table

Restaurant Jema

A new contemporary cuisine restaurant from owner Joy Mangano (who's life story is told in the motion picture "JOY" by David O. Russell). Jema offers diners globally-inspired dishes with fresh locally sourced produce, with a focus on seasonality, sustainability and provenance.

Inspired by the Long Island surroundings and availability of fresh seafood, premium farm meats and freshly picked vegetables, Jema aims to bring nature to the table in its most elegant and refined way.

"JEMA" the name was coined by the fusion of the words "Gem & Joy" from both French and Portuguese. The new restaurant's identity captures both the essence of the Joy brand identity, and brings the flair of international inspiration.
